Chicken Salad


Chicken salad! It's my favorite dish to make. I boil chicken, strip it of its bones and set 6 ounces aside for salad and use the leftovers for another salad or dish. Put 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp fresh dill, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup cranberries, 1/4 cup sliced almonds, and 1 cup of grapes into a bowl. Add 2 Tbs low fat mayonnaise and toss the salad, leave it in the fridge for fifteen to twenty minutes and dig in!
