Peppermint Crisp Fridge Tarts


Happy Pi Day! I figured I'd start with a tart. 

Ingredients: It serves 6-8
Now you will need about a cup of whip cream like Cool-Whip. You also need 2 packets of Graham crackers and dessicated coconut (dried coconut :D Don’t worry, I had to google the definition too lol!) Then get one and a half cups of caramelized (Dulce de leche) condensed milk. then you need 1.3 tbs of granulated sugar, 3 crushed peppermint crisp bars, and get 3-4 drops of peppermint essence or whatever you feel tastes better.
Whip the Cool-whip and then add the caramelized condensed milk, granulated sugar, and the peppermint essence. Beat until well mixed and then stir in 2/3rds of the crushed peppermint crisp bars. Place a layer of whole graham crackers in a buttered 29X19X5 cm baking pan. Spoon 1/3 of the caramel mix over the biscuits and spread it evenly. Continue in layers, finishing with a layer of filling on the top. Refrigerate this for at least 4 hours. Decorate by sprinkling the remainder of the crushed peppermint crisp on top. Cut into squares and serve!
